14-Day Return Policy

• You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging intact.
• Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a free replacement or exchange.
• Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the product.

Refunds

• After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
• Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
• Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
